Executive Creative Director & MD
With over 15 years experience in advertising, design and finance, Andrew brings a high level of commercial acumen to the agency offering, ensuring his knowledge and insights are instilled in the agency creative process. He is a co-founder of RADAR, currently sits on the NSW Board of the Communications Council and holds a BComm (UWA) and Master of Finance (Macq).
Senior Account Manager
Alyce has eight years of experience in Marketing and Communications across a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Education and Fashion. Alyce has worked for a number of in-house marketing teams in Australia and London, with a particular focus on website design and social media management. With a Bachelor degree in Journalism, she also brings to the team her creative writing skills and attention to detail.

Kristian has over 10 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications with a focus on Digital Marketing. He has worked for a number of top tier agencies in New Zealand, London and Sydney working with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Pernod Ricard and Google. His experience across a broad range of industries allows him to manage projects with a holistic approach, and push the boundaries to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions.
Director - Executive Producer
Anthony has held senior Creative and Production roles over his 15 year career. With this solid background in production has developed his career across TV, Video and Animation. He has a rare talent for ensuring that engaging creative ideas are brought to life on screen in unique and powerful ways.
Since joining RADAR in 2006, Julia has managed and overseen a wide variety of advertising and branding projects for clients such as Commonwealth Bank, Century 21, IMB Building Society and Macquarie Bank. With a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from the University of Tasmania and now over 10 years industry experience, she is a true strategic partner for her clients.
Senior Media Strategist
<p>Hadley has over 17 years media and marketing experience in the finance and property categories, including senior roles in London, Hong Kong and now Sydney. Having worked for media publishers, including the Australian Financial Review, before branching out to senior roles at leading media agencies including OMD, Hadley has extensive experience in strategy, planning and buying across all media. His clients have included Positive Real Estate, CBRE, Chartered Accountants, State Custodians and easyMarkets.</p>
Senior Art Director
Originally trained in design and art working, Reece embraced the shift into online communications, developing his experience in emerging technologies and applications. Now, with over 10 years agency experience, Reece is developing and art directing creative campaigns with a focus on digital.
Senior Strategic Planner
Anna has over 10 years experience in building and shaping brands. With a strong passion for the thinking behind the great creative ideas has held several strategic roles in reputable agencies. Anna’s agile thinking and deep strategic expertise allow her to develop powerful consumer insights that serve as a fertile ground for unique and engaging creative ideas.
With over 15 years experience in leading UK and Australian agencies, Lee has broad experience as a writer, art director and idea generator. He joined RADAR in 2007 and has been responsible for overseeing the conceptual development of all major creative projects in the agency.
After completing degrees in Engineering and Computer Science at the Warsaw School of Information Technology, Bartosz worked as a front-end developer in Warsaw. Since arriving in Sydney Bartosz has built websites for clients such as Samsung, Carnival Cruises, and Electrolux. With a focus on usability and user experience and a passion for new digital technologies, he delivers functional and innovative solutions for clients.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Sophy started her career working for a UK Mental Health Trust before moving agency side. Experienced in the healthcare sector on a global, regional and local level, she has a range of integrated campaign experience across a breadth of therapeutic areas including mental health, cardiology, oncology and rheumatology.
Stuart has over 20 years creative experience in the advertising industry. He is a passionate and highly talented idea generator who has developed unique copy for a wide range of clients including Financial Services brands such as Macquarie Bank, Tyndall, Commonwealth Bank, Fidelity, Schroders and T. Rowe Price.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
After graduating with a Bachelor of Design and Art History from Otago University in New Zealand, Annalicia spent the last 10 years working in various roles in design and advertising agencies in Sydney. She has a range of integrated campaign experience across finance, fashion, retail and travel.
<p>Graduating from a Bachelor of Visual Communications at UTS in 2013, Dani has since been travelling whilst working as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator in Sydney and Europe. Now settled, Dani is pursuing a full-time career in design and gaining valuable agency experience with Radar.</p>
After studying media at the University of New South Wales, Christian joined RADAR with a passion for all things digital. With a strong background in project management, he has led communication campaigns in the auto, healthcare and sports apparel industries. With experience across print and digital advertising, as well as media planning, PR and events, he manages projects with a holistic approach to deliver innovative solutions.
After completing her Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Management) in New Zealand, Briar moved to Sydney and began her client management career in the maritime and travel sector. Briar is now an Account Executive at RADAR working particularly with the agricultural and financial service industries.
With over 20 years experience in a range of Sydney advertising agencies, Anne has an excellent knowledge of industry operating systems and software. She has overseen a complete integration of the agency’s accounting and job processing systems, manages all aspects of agency finances and continues to advise on best practice.
